You have about a quarter of the RAM I'd recommend you need for any modern game, and RDRAM is so old it means you must have a pretty slow CPU as well. I also think the diplomacy and political angles could have been handled better and the bugs were annoying. That said I didn't write this till now because I was going to play one more turn. I can't stand in-game update features as I like to save the patch executables incase I ever need to reinstall later. I hope the huge number of fixes in this patch makes the user-made one obsolete.
